AndroForce X10 Aim to take 20 seconds to complete each rep: 10 seconds for the first half of the rep and 10 seconds for the second half. The most important factor in weight lifting is your technique. Technique trumps speed, frequency and even intensity. Each individual aspect of your routine needs considerable practice until mastered completely. Start practicing with lighter weights so that you can ensure you're completing the rep correctly, and then increase the weight later when you are comfortable with your technique. http://nitroshredadvice.com/androforce-x10/
